called several times kept telling me the same thing about my card 7 to 10 business days never received it. trying to cancel this card says I have to get balances to zero. put the money back into my bank account still saying have to get balances to zero. try to find out how to get spending power to zero it doesnt say anywhere. so now yet again I have to call to cancel this I don't recommend this site at all.
