You'll find professionally-built training templates, always accompanied with a detailed programming book (pdf), for your reading pleasure. You can either buy the training programs in-app, or through their website (where you can download them separately, if you so please), as they both sync to the app! You can track your progress and even your body measurements. There are also free templates for you to try out. Highly recommended. I'd also recommend their social media content and forums!
