App use to work until 10/27/2025 update. I have an account and can't even check the status of an order. The new press and hold button loops in a circle. Don't you all test this stuff out before pushing out an update. Apps never work after updates. 🙃

I'm up to 433am trying to checkout & app freezes for 8mn per item to review 😑👎🏼 come on BBW. Ya'll should have tested it b4 saying this is a go. Now everything in my cart 😒 🙄 I want to check out & can't stay up no longer. Lost an hr & half of sleep 😴 💤 imma be cranky 😠 in am & wind up w/ nothing. Come on you see pple Not into this. I'm afrd of remove it & all my rewards disappear. I didn't see revws til I saw just once. Don't do this to your loyal &/or new customers.👎🏼to this app!
