discounts are not showing up in the cart and checkout, and it won't let you change the shipping/in-store option. go to stores until they actually fix it.

Tried signing into the app and it wouldn't accept my log-in. uninstall and reinstalled the app, changed password and still the same problem.

The update of the new app is horrible. The interface is not user friendly. I cannot see the details of all of the daily offers. The layout looks horrible. Please fix!

I used to Love shopping online at bbw. But ever since the new updates I hate it! I can't even view my orders from past or present. I don't understand why they would list items for online shopping if they are unavailable for shipping. I refuse to give them my good money for their junk anymore. As time goes on it all smells the same anyway and for the price the fragrance should last longer than 15 min. BBW SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I'm DONE!!!!
