I paid for a subscription and set it up for French but when I went to the app it was set for Spanish. There is no way I can find in the app to either change the language or to contact anyone for help.

it's broken. Things disappear or sound doesn't match the word.

I really enjoy the variety of stories, but some of the mechanics of this app can be frustrating. For example, when reading a story, I often like to pause, re-read, and study any words in which I am unfamiliar. However, when I pause, I am automatically pushed to the next page of text, even if I am not finished with the previous one. Additionally, when the audio finishes playing on the final page of text on a particular story, it automatically takes me to a new page or prompt.

so far no complaints, it's actually very nice, the layout is pretty and I like the way they teach
