The app keeps freezing and crashing on a daily basis. Very frustrating! crashes when I am trying to bring up a recipe.

thought it was to recommend a fasting time based on my answers but it appears to be a basic choose your own so not what looking for. Then you choose your own food plan, etc. This is not instruction, it's a scam and I'm canceling.
