gotta be some of the worst customer service... they tell me I don't have active license? really I even screen shot it.. just wanted to let them know there's a problem with this app since we got One UI 8! this app for android is completely USELESS at this point! at least for android!

From a disappointed subscriber. I signed up for an ad-free experience, but every single day when I open the app, I’m hit with a full-screen ad wall promoting your new packages and upgrades. I have to actively choose *not* to buy something just to get past it. This isn’t about settings—it’s about the subscription promise being ignored. I didn’t pay to be marketed to. I paid to avoid ads, period. Please fix this. If you do, I’ll gladly update my review.
