This app is awful. citizens Bank app worked better before the down grade. It crashes nonstop and freezes. I cannot believe they thought this was better

Pixel 3A Android 13. I appreciate the bill pay upgrade, though I don't love the UI on PC. However for months I've had issues of all my bank accounts not showing up, and more recently half the time the app doesn't even want to load anything. luckily I have a PC but it's really frustrating trying to discuss finances with other household members when half the time I can't pull up anything on my phone. 😒. I really hope these issues are fixed by next year. Did not have these issues a year ago.
