Great at sending out mass emails to multiple predetermined groups. The website works great, however I've had considerable issues with the app.

I canceled this account 2 months ago due to me being mislead and completely unsatisfied now I am really unsatisfied because you ch1rged my card again after I told you cancel and you issued a refund. This is fraud and I think somebody need to check into this since Noone is responding to me or refunding my money. This is a self service app not what they advertise over the phone.
