Points aren't updating 3 straight days now. Stuck on 279 and just so happens you need 300 by beginning of next month to get a $10 gift card. At least 25% of the time the points don't accrue. Be wary going there to submit your $10 for an item that is 9.99 as you'll need to buy something to make up for that 1 cent as I had to. EDIT 6/9/24 the points still don't update properly. EDIT again 10/21/25 points still don't update regularly. This is what happens when the world runs off AI now 🥴

Even after you log in it displays your Store is in Chicago and delivery is it's area code. There is no reason for this. The only way to change it is to edit it everytime.

Worst app for online ordering. Inputs are constantly erased and have to be re-entered, will not accept correct addresses, and customer service had no answers but to basically just freeze and wait for me to hang up in frustration. I even wasted a twenty dollar coupon on an order that was canceled for no reason. Local store manager had no answer except to say there are problems but no solutions. Stay away!!! This app is not legitimate or ready for online ordering. It's so bad it might be criminal.
