I have to sign in twice to get to my prescriptions, then when finishing it says session expired and I have to do it all again. This happens 2 to 3 times per use.

Not impressed with latest update. New arrangement buries anything useful behind at least 1 unnecessary click. Product search & link to weekly ad used to be on front pg & now need an extra click. Digital coupons were always linked from a 2nd pg & still are. The viewer for print ads hasn't been fixed & is still 1 of the worst pieces of software I've ever used. Overreacts to scrolling & sees most zoom pinches as attempts to open popup windows. And searches come up with too many unrelated products.

App is clunky and has never worked well for me. Since its redesign, it has somehow gotten even worse. It's been slower, freezes more often, and doesn't let me clip coupons. Embarrassing that Kroger can't manage a decent app in the year of our Lord 2025.

I love the updated version of the app but since its been updated the filter option for the coupons hasn't worked I would select what I want to filter out and start clipping and after the first one I clip it resets and takes me to the very top and it's frustrating because it's everytime I clip a coupon and it doesn't set my filter options needs fixed please!
