poor service: you can start a balance transfer and think it would take "not that long", but only after starting you have the information "usually it takes 4 working days". don't try to cancel it - account managers (twice) would tell you "yes, we just cancelled it" but next day you have it "pending" and "we cannot cancel the transaction with pending status". not a service at all.
