I HATE this app. I can never sign in and have to change all sign in info EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Derek J. Evans is EXACTLY correct! I've called D23 Support about the same issue and was told IT was aware of it and working on a solution, NOT solved, screen is now only white and doesn't even show the opening logo! Before this, IT hadn't done an update since February 2025. Samsung had done an Android version update around the same time, which is likely the main reason of your programming issue. VERY disappointing, now the app CANNOT be used for this weekend's Destination D23 event!

edit: this has now been fixed. crashes on open. was hoping to use this during destination d23 but not possible in its current form.
