being denied being a Dasher for an event that happened over 5 years ago is nasty work but it is what it is.

I've read several regarding app crashes and losing acceptance points due to offers being 'sent' yet not appearing on app and losing the order and percentage point YET I see no response from DD regarding this problem. As one post read, its not a signal problem. I experience this same issue and have 'lost' 3 offers in 2 days. Contacting support is futile. I also have app crashes at drop-off wherein I must do a reset to get to the complete process. Sitting on location unnecessarily is DANGEROUS!

This app is frequently a mess. New bugs/issues with practically every update. It's clear they don't test updates and then it takes them weeks to fix things they broke. phone support is almost entirely unhelpful I don't know that anybody cares though. sometimes it works but I've never used an app this buggy before or that takes so long to get fixed.
