First trip with a tour company, Paul M was director, and was a perfect match and guide for the tour, knowledgeable, friendly, very upfront and concise with our daily plans and great suggestions for our free time. Would 100 percent suggest using both he and EF tours.

Southern Italy and Sicily The tour was well planned to make maximum benefits for the time allowed. The wine tastings were wonderful and informative. The local guides were able to explain everything about their town and its history. Our drivers were courteous and the buses were clean and comfortable Our tour director Claudio was wonderful. He kept everything light and friendly while maintaining control and keeping us informed about both what we were currently seeing and our upcoming stops.

our tour had a brillant,conscientious, and lovable guide. Allen is knowledgeable.His entertainment made our many long bus rides enjoyable. Allen was such a part of our adventure,that he is embedded in my heart. EF tours is fortunate to have employed such a wonderful&intelligent fellow. ty Allen .

On our recent EF tour to Greece it was disappointing to have to drag luggage, over uneven ground, from the ferry to the bus. As an elderly couple with medical issues, this was appalling. Our tour director, while sympathetic, didn't seem able to do anything about this. This was not a cheap tour, but everything we experienced was less than 3 star. The room assigned to us in the hotel in Santorini was tiny. We had been up front about our age and health and have no problem in walking.

The Switzerland, Alsace and Black Forest Tour was thoroughly enjoyable. Carmen C was our tour guide, and she was phenomenal! Carmen was very knowledgeable and made the trip a lot of fun! She took great care of our entire group and was very responsive to questions or the needs of anyone in our group. We always felt safe and knew where we needed to be thanks to her great communication. The local tour guides in each of the cities were also very knowledgeable, approachable, and humorous.
