What pathetic service. Firstly on website there was no option to cancel subscription and because of autopay you people deducted my money. I was okay with that also. On 7th or 6th sept you deducted 149 and now today (9th sept) you again deducted 149 twice. Then I installed the app to check if cancellation was possible there. I cancelled the sub and as soon as I did that, my this month's sub also disappeared, how come? I paid for this month. Refund my extra 149 and activate this month's sub

mene ye app devlok show dekhne ke liye download ki thi but ek bhi episode nhi dekh paya. video load hi nhi ho rha he. mene 5g recharge kr ke bhi chalaya but no respond. mere 145 ka subscription bhi waste gya.
