Idk who this is made for but it was difficult just getting in. Maybe it's not compatible with my phone but it's a Samsung so Idk but the interactions were clunky and overall this seems like it's for children.

Fun helpful app for helping keep track of things you wanted to do but would definitely forget to do every day without the incentive and reminder. This is the best habit tracker I've tried, though it's still easy to forget, or just tick things off without thinking. I think it's particularly good for mental health, encouragement to journal, stop and breathe, think of things to be grateful for, take vitamins, you name it and tick it off, good for those of us who never prioritise self kindness.
