So far, this is quite addicting! I'm using the Free version and it's absolutely fine, I don't feel like I'm missing out. I love the goal suggestions to get you started and the option to do a custom goal if you want. This app is a really cute way to remind us to take care of ourselves, those around us & our home environments.

This app is genuinely one of the most put together mental health apps i have seen in a while, though, one thing i have to speak against is the shop (plus the other "game-ish" things). The amount of options overstimulates me (which then leads me to ignoring my goals) and i would really like there to be a way to turn off these game-y types of things :)

The app continues to degrade and add needless animations and features overtime, while insisting on removing the core features (journeys) that created motivation to begin with. As a paying subscriber, please don't waste your money on it.
