ich mag die app wirklich sehr gerne. allerdings macht mein handy manchmal diese "vogel geräusche/ vogel gezwitscher", obwohl es komplett stumm geschaltet ist. das ist schon etwas blöd irgendwie, aber sonst alles top. :)

I love it tons, it actually helped me to stick to my tasks and do them. being motivated to get up every day to click on "✓" and seeing my baby pet, Febi, helped me to overcome my addiction and major depression disorder ❤️‍🩹

It's cute and it really seems to be working. No miracles mind you, but I'm much better about my self care routine and cleaning chores with its adorable encouragement.

I've been using the premium version of the app for a year now. Being someone struggling with depression, grief, and anxiety, the ability to track my moods was a must. The app no longer prompts you to track your mood, you need to navigate to the mood check option on your own. I'm no longer remembering or wanting to log my mood, therefore the app is much less helpful than before. It doesn't sound like the mods are willing to reinstate this feature. Shame, I probably will be moving on from the app.

as someone who heavily struggles with mental health, this is just enough incentive to get me going on many tasks I wouldn't otherwise engage in such as coping skills, self care, and breathing techniques

Maybe great for kids/teens. It's a bit simplistic for adults but it is amusing and honestly does remind me to do those little absentminded things. Gives a good lil dopamine hit when you accomplish little tasks. Not really for serious behavior modification, more like making mediocre tasks into a game which makes them more fun to do.
