Tried for 24hrs and cannot understand the positive reviews. If this helps you in your day-to-day life then more power to you but the difference in what this is advertised as being able to help with and what it does are night and day. Modern day snake oil.

so, i liked it, but my only issue was IT KEPT DELETING BY ITSELF! I dont know if its a bug or what. I have redownloaded like, 5 times but it will not work no matter what.

Great app, but soundscapes loops are not good, you can hear when it repeats. there is a small pause, and it wakes you up
