SUPER IRRITATED. Canceled this app 6 months ago and it just automatically renewed itself and charged my card and I can't figure out how to contact anyone about a refund!

It's a fun app, but it's gotten very cash-grabby. For the entirety of December and the new year's event my first 5-6 good vibes options were paid, and it ALWAYS defaulted you to be on a paid option no matter what the suggested vibe was. Making it so it no longer asks how you feel upon logging in also took away a lot of engagement beyond "log in, click energy buttons, leave" on bad days as there's no prompting to actually reflect or help yourself anymore. Just a cute bird app, not self-care.
