App says that the business using their platform needs to approve my account, but the business claims that there's no such option on their side, and the app Developers are not responding to their complaint

Worst program with worst employees they get furious nd get irritated if you ask the question twice they are like cult just follow the rules or else you get bashed I m scared though just talking with one of their employees😨
