Terrible app. Can't call anyone by phone. I have my auto insurance through Geico, when I try to bundle homeowners insurance the app errors out before I can complete the process and makes me start over. Going to cancel my auto insurance because GEICO seems to be incorrectly fully automated.

Not Useful Roadside - GEICO needs to optimize their data size because it's unacceptable to be staring at a loading screen, knowing I'm connected to the internet, and not be able to open the app. Whenever I've had a roadside issue that I want to resolve with GEICO, the app refuses to open and I have to call. Then the call forces me to go to my app, which won't open. Fix this loading/connectivity issue if you're going to claim to provide roadside assistance, or be honest about your total failure.
