App is great when it works.About 70% of the time when I log in, I have to create a new password even though Its the same. Today, I had to reinstall because it would not let me set an appointment. it keeps glitching a d asking for survey. (I did complete them.

It's a slow process depending on what location you go to. You can possibly wait an hour from your appointment time before being hooked up to the plasma machine. The staff members are nice and helpful. The facility is pleasant and clean. The login app is helpful where you can schedule and do the questionnaire before arriving for your appointment.

I installed the update and now the app won't let me schedule. it goes right back to the home page.
