having problem with map not loading contacted customer support it eventually fix the map it looks like it was working but, I'm sitting in a red zone for over 2 hours not one offer, I even had a block scheduled. and yes I restarted the app, clear the cache, restarted the phone ...ECT

great delivery app..only with gas, tires, oil changes. wear and tear on car..all the miles, they really should pay double what we are paid. but better than the other apps .

GrubHub needs to add bikes to Woodlawn location because I do doordash on my bike and GrubHub needs to increase the driver cap

This app is the worst!! Long travel for low pay then you reject the order and have to wait hours before you get another. It's not worth it!!

...is this a joke? Like, does this company just enjoy f@%ing with us? They now completely took away our ability to see our earnings history in the app.... WHYYYYY? Just explain to me why. It's a blank screen. We now have to go through all these screens and selections, have the report emailed to us, and its a .CSV file that you CAN'T EVEN OPEN ON YOUR PHONE without a separate app that reads those files. I can't tell if this is just stupidity or incompetence or both. Or a joke.

I can't look at my pay details, anymore. The notification bell keeps ringing for awhile after I've accepted the offer, which is annoying in restaurants. Navigation needs to be more precise. it's made me late for drop-offs, therefore late to my next pick-up. I do like that we no longer have to choose a reason for declining offers. Makes for more time with our eyes on the road.
