I initially had negative experience, as my account was charged without providing the service and I lost 27 EUR due to currency conversion. My first attempts to resolve the issue with customer service were disappointing. However, after the case was escalated to Customer Relations, they understood my concern and refunded the currency difference to my account. I appreciate their willingness to listen and resolve the issue. I hope the app improves its process to avoid such problems in future.
