I would rate this app lower if possible but it is not. Recent changes have made this app almost unusable. It has become difficult to navigate from one tab to another, messages have been deleted, results either missing or incomplete and it is no longer possible to direct a message to a specific provider just send to 'GENERAL'. The app combined with recent changes in the practice back office has made communication difficult and frustrating.

Link didn't work. took 25 mins to get in ans fins my appt. instructions were not clear on how to prepare for the meeting.

it's trash. hard to navigate, accessing info is hard, making appointments arr very difficult, especially when you just want to get the next available provider at the office and not have to go through providers one by one. it takes forever to load. the QR code system is useless as my provider doesn't even use it. it sends me countless notifications to do some sort of pre-check in which is misleading and not utilized by my provider so why bombard me with it.
