shambles using the app so far, unable to choose a drop off date. I'll book it online instead.

Horrible the worst rental company I have ever rented from. The customer service sucks the wost. I have bank records saying they overcharged me. They said I was charged once. I told them I have record of all the transactions and they charged me more than once. Worst customer service ever. Also the hole experience was not good when renting the vehicle.

Theorically, the app have a great idea but practically it does not work well. I do recommebe Hertz invest more in the app development because this app is terrible!

Keep searching and finding your rental every time you switch to different parts of the app and go back to My Rentals section....

For everyone's sake, PLEASE add the "add to calendar" function when looking at a reservation after it's made. does anyone rent from Hertz that maintains this app?? Fix the scroll to put in flight data and save! NO WAY TO SEND A MESSAGE TO HERTZ FROM THE APP! Not good. Please add that.. They need to fix the view receipt function, it seems to not work with android. Doesn't find the .pdf viewer app, which on my phone is Acrobat! Come on Hertz... Fix it or make it better. It's ok, it works.
