This company only cares about themselves. I've been a full time shopper for 3 years done 5,000 orders. July of 2025 instacart decided to change the requirements to make diamond status which gives us a better chance of seeing batches. I'm no cart status despite having a 4.98 rating & tons of compliments from my customers. I have 37 unrequested refunds out of 8100 found items & I'm being penalized & am not seeing many batches. instacart needs to get rid of this system. It's so stressful & unfair.
