I wouldn't Recommend getting a home from them without really reading everything. They throw bills on your bill that they don't want to pay. They change you for the last people who lived in your home & cut off the Utilities in their name. This year will be the only year I rent from them. Good Luck & don't Rush into anything cause that's what happened to me. I wanted to get away from the Apartment that we were in cause my Mommy Passed Away in our Apartment so I just rushed into something.

don't fall for this, if you need to make a payment, it has to be on the website, don't fall for the scammers. also this place tries to put internet and air filters and charge you for other stuff that isn't explained to you and plus this place already has a bunch of lawsuits because of all the stuff they did. if someone says they are the owner of the property, that's a lie and most likely a scammer. don't believe anyone that asks you for money outside of the website like using zelle and what not.
