Absolutely a nightmare trying to cancel the services and get a refund. I was charged this morning (10/15/2025) $106.59. I attempted to go to the customer service site and clicked on chat. 2 times while speaking to the agent my chat was just closed at the end of my cancelation. I had to explain that I'd like a refund since the charge just happened. Unfortunately I can't afford it because the US government is going through a shutdown and im not getting paid.

Service worked fine, but... don't forget to cancel the auto renewal. They are dirty dirty dogs and won't refund your money no matter what.
