The customer provided OTP is not linked to an account. ????? how? email is ok, password is ok, Web site is ok, and app developed in " Stone Age" country???

immediately uninstall! Impossible to login. entered "one time pin" 3 times and then have to scan a qr code for a 3rd party verification app! how do you scan a code on your own phone? impossible to change currency. the developers probably think they've done a good job. they couldn't be further from the truth

easy to use and navigate but it could be easier like adding more payment options and more direct ways to make bookings

Absolutely horrible app. After taking the time to create a worthless account just to get my boarding pass, I learn that the app will not show the boarding pass and just loops endlessly. Additionally, the app does not recognize that I have already checked in, and when I try to update my status, it also softlocks on the page. Horrible experience
