i have a very bad experience with this app. I am stuck here in Vietnam with a hotel bill since klook did not forward the payment to the hotel we booked. klook charged my card but when we are checking in the hotel said they did not received any payment from klook and there's no way to reach klook help center.

I booked seven Japan train tickets through Klook. it was a total nightmare. I carefully chose seats for my family of three , even paid extra for Fuji-view window seats — but Klook gave us separate aisle seats every single time! Not once did we sit together or by the window. and no one seat 3 of window seat till end of trip. and JR staff barely know this company. Using their QR code to get tickets was a headache. Feels like klook just bought the cheapest seats possible. horrible company.

$h!t app and company, when you book an airport pick-up, you can't change the designated pick-up time. Try contact customer support, only available in chat, and queues you up indefinitely, waiting for over 3 hours just to speak to an agent.
