تجربتي مع مطعم إنابي جريل عبر تطبيق Koinz كانت غير مقبولة. التطبيق أكد الطلب دون موافقتي، وخدمة العملاء تجاهلت اتصالاتي ورسائلي. اضطررت للذهاب بنفسي للاستلام، ومع ذلك كان الطعام متأخراً 15 دقيقة. هذا تصرّف غير مهني وغير مسؤول ويدل على عدم احترام العملاء. يجب اتخاذ إجراءات فورية.

تطبيق فاشل من إدارة فاشله ، في اي لحظة ممكن بحذفو محل من التطبيق من غير إنذار مسبق للعملاء؟ فكل النقاط الي جمعتها من الطلبيات الي سويتها رح تختفي منك. horrible app with horrible developers....at any point of time they will remove shops from the network without notice? so all the points you collect will dissappear into think air
