made an order it said I could pick up inside and now the Lobby is closed so I'm sitting outside going to be waiting who knows how long.

Terrible system. I placed a simple order which takes 5 minutes at the window, but when I order thru the app the delay showed 3 and half hours. The problem was that it doesn't tell you the delay until after you send the money. Then when you try to cancel it thru the phone, because there is no cancel button, they tell you they'll maybe cancel it tomorrow and refer you to a call center to wait for 20 to 30 minutes just to cancel the order. But after all that the order was not canceled.
