App won't open, when I try it blinks and closes. Uninstalled and reinstalled app several times with no success. it worked last year, not this year. Terrible for UL fans

For the last month, the app won't launch. You try to open, and it immediately flashes on the screen and is gone. Have un-installed and re-installed. Restarted my phone. Still doesn't work. Very aggravated. Have to go to the Customer Care window at each game to get tickets. Annoying

App will not open or respond. Red Cardinal screen comes up and that is all till it ask to close app for not responding.
