Hello MEW team, I think there was an update and my app keeps crashing. I can't log in at all. Any suggestion is appreciated March 2025 Thank you team for quick response. Everything back to normal 🙏🙏

can't run it. it crashes after pin setting. can't even enter the app. I believe the problem is that it's looking for samsung pass but I don't use the samsung pass or have a samsung account, even though it's a samsung phone. app should look for any passkey service like google or third party to allow access to app instead of forcing samsung pass when some users won't he making samsung accounts.

I'm very much a beginner here and the app has been very helpful and informative. Maybe think about making a visual tutorial from setting up a wallet all the way to exploring the basic options after that

i can't SWAP from USDT to ETH, but i can SWAP from ETH to USDT in app. While on WEB MEW wallet i can do everything. I have asked support for help, but they keep asking for hash and when i give them hash they don't have answer. Also, after update, app crashes when i try to get in messages from support team.

I like MEW very much. Purchasing is much simpler, and having the option to purchase other tokens or swap tokens is a major plus. I've been with MEW many years, and they have only gotten better over time.
