Trying to manage my kids' Netflix profile was a nightmare. You can't edit child profiles in the app, and if you try on the web, it forces you back into the app—where edits are blocked. I had to use incognito mode just to bypass the redirect and access proper controls. It's absurdly convoluted for something so basic. Parents need clear, direct access—not a maze of restrictions and redirects.

There are not many Kannada movies in the app and for the ones that are there, audio is not Kannada language what is the point of this!?
