OK, it started working. Increased the score to 4 star. Hope it keeps working. ____________________________________________ Old 3 star review: The app doesn't work. It sends the push notification to the phone, but when the push is confirmed it won't log in on the computer. the user has to revert to other methods.

Please give me an option to turn off different classes of notifications. I cant use the Okta Fast Pass. The settings section of this app is violently barren. I have to use this app. Its a part of my job. It endlessly bugs me during my off hours. - Let me be clear, I dont expect one bad review to change anything. But maybe itll dissuade future companies from using Okta because obviously their corporate mgmt refuses to care about the end user experience over advertising a feature we cant use.

Switched phones and even with uninstalling and reinstalling the app I can't get past the get started page opening the app up.

The absolute most trash app to try and install.... App says use computer, then computer says to use app..... No one in the office can figure it out and neither can IT....... GARBAGE APP

not opening. The button to open the authenticator (YES button) doesn't work. It just sticks on the same screen. I can only open the Verification app and enter the code.
