Being disabled, the first time I used this app I was SO GLAD to find a parking place close to the event that had smooth level ground. The 2nd event was in New Orleans and it's more challenging to find such but this service did! Admittedly I paid more than usual to park across the street when we saw Madonna in Dallas. Since the concert was sold out, I didn't dare complain about parking costs since I was so close! We've now used this app 3x and have been very satisfied with it. Hope you enjoy!

cant access the app! I have parking booked through ticketmaster but I cant access my parking pass on the website or app?! I better not have to pay twice!
