Why would you develop a PenFed App that doesn't work very well? And does not work with the number of Android phones? This just doesn't make any sense! I am surprised that PenFed Management doesn't intervene and get this corrected? Thank you, a longtime member, Glenn.

This app now sucks! why can I login? Why do I have to try logging in multiple times for it to keep failing? why do I have to uninstall and reinstall to keep getting the same screen where logging in hangs up? GET IT TOGETHER before I transfer all of my funds to another institution.

As others have mentioned, the app used to work fine. Updates were made, and now the app won't let me log in due to technical issues. I rated 1 star because the app hardly ever works now
