the app would install but denied all attempts to login despite having a QR from Tiqets eventually a nessage stated I'd exceeded my login attempts. absolute rubbish.

App didn't download the content for my tour. Support helped me download the wrong content, then told me to pay again to get the correct content. Nope.

A RIP OFF! I paid 60 Euros for a tour of the Louvre. The only thing that worked was the skip the line part. Once inside, the ‘tour’ was useless. There were ‘highlights’, but the map didn’t work, so I had no way to get to the highlighted art. The audio had VERY BRIEF overviews; no value at all. I created my own tour using AI — that gave me an in-depth, personalized tour with guidance to get to each piece ... for FREE.
