Terrible customer service. Your food is very late and cold? Too bad! Just canceled Uber One, it's a waste.

In the past year or two, the quality of drivers has absolutely tanked. 4 out of 5 drivers exhibit one or more of these qualities: can't read, can't communicate, can't follow instructions, attempting to pull some scam, running multiple delivery apps at the same time, refusing to actually come to the dropoff spot marked on the map, etc. This app was king back in the pandemic but it's been enshitified like everything else on the Internet.

Pissed off Uber drivers cuz No tips at all!!! They lie drivers and costumers!!! Drivers don't know that it's Postmates n costumers don't know that it's Uber eats driver. And that is good way to steal tips from both!!!
