The app used to work great, but now it is hard to navigate. I can no longer use the in app coupons on in app purchases and I cannot choose to pay in store for pick up orders. Not to mention the inability to cancel orders in app. Also, the way the system works for adding a new card/payment method at checkout means you have to remember to hit back and not continue, because continue automatically send your order without letting you review it.

This has to be the worst rewards app on play store. The sign up process for their "QT pay" is absurdly idiotic. Once you do get verified (mind you, that Helen Keller could easily get past their verification process. So only God knows how many fraudsters have.) to add an account, you will still have to repeatedly call their UNHELPFUL AND ARROGANT support center because they do not accept most major banks. Up to and including Arvest, Chime and Wells Fargo. Probably because of the inevitable leak

every aspect from registering to login are awful and all I get is an error cant use forgot password, tried to create new acct and never sends code and if hit resend same error tried different devices wifi and mobile network and same stopped going to QT for all the hassle

Inconsistently works to pay at the pumps but the ads are ALWAYS working...

QR code is not working at the gas pumps anymore. uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted the phone, and still nothing.
