app changed and took off one time code by email. code supposedly sent to my Samsung phone but never received.

I have been a user of this app for several years without any issues. However, this year, I have encountered numerous problems. The app's functionality seems inconsistent, often failing to operate correctly. Consequently, I am unable to log in and make necessary adjustments to my account. I am now compelled to use my browser for this purpose, which is less convenient and more time-consuming. I am unsure of the technical difficulties, but the issue has been frustrating.

I've been with Regions for 12 years and have never had a problem with them or the mobile app until the last 2 weeks ! Can't login using the app ; same problem everyone else is having !!! The last update sucks and either fix it or I'll be forced to change banks ! I really like Regions but this is ridiculous !

I love the app but I'm just tired of it not working all the time. This is probably the 10th time it's stopped working in the last 3 months. I have checks I need to deposit and you can't do that on the website. This is getting rediculous!!! Someone needs to just start from scratch and remake the whole thing. OH one more thing..... Please bring back the ability to where when you push the back arrow to leave the app or you get out of it completely..... It automatically logs you off. Thanks!

I have used this app a few years now it is saying this phone is not compatible with my phone contact devs. Well now I cannot get in the app or check my money, deposit, zelle, nothing! What the hell?!.

Ever since the last update, I can't get this app to work at all & I uninstalled then reinstalled it, and it still will not work at ALL FOR ME!!!!!!! & many more people are having the same problem 😡
