this app has violated my family rights to privacy by requiring us to upload photos including of my underage daughters bedroom. our landlord forced us to use it. they dont have customer service and is evasive as to who their employees are. this is a creepy company. when I called they stayed silent on the phone and sent a text message a week later. you have rights as a tenant use them.
