I do love this app! great workouts and meal plans. The only down side is sometimes the audio doesn't work correctly and you have to go back in a few times until the audio with the instructions plays.

This app did not work for me. the actual time that it is is not the time that the app will let you use when you start your fast the timer is wonky. I actually ended up using my actual timer on my phone. and it's free if I knew what I knew now I wouldn't have bothered with this app it's irrelevant
