Caitlin Is absolutely fabulous. she is so kind and patient with my girls. I feel so comfortable leaving my two beautiful girls with her. she sends me lots of pictures and she's always updating me. we absolutely love her.

Rover is the worst, in my opinion. the pet parents don't have to fill out the info for their pets, so any sitter will appear even though they don't match requirements and then you have to tell them why you're saying no. they deleted my booking because my setting was away by mistake and now I'm not getting paid for today and they haven't fixed it and won't get back to me either. they're infuriating, I could add more reasons, but I don't want the review to be "too" long.

installed the app because the web experience was pretty poor. the app is no better. I've needed to book three separate stays for my cat in the next couple of months. firstly, many pages refer to it as "dog boarding", when his profile has him as a cat. there's also no page that shows your bookings, you just have to go into your messages. filtering and sorting results when searching for a sitter is pretty lacklustre - why can't I filter by price, or sort by distance?

App won't allow me to message at all on Android. the messenger will not work with the standard Samsung keyboard (keeps autoclosing the keyboard without allowing me to type a message).

the new update is absolute garbage. when a guest confirms their booking it doesn't go through although you take out the money so they have to look at the second time for it to clear
