Rudd is an outstanding system for heating and cooling. The system is very effocien however the sysyem can be a snart sysyem meaning it is consyantly communicating. The corcuit cards in these system can fail more often than a standard system.

App works largely as described. After the initial wifi set up the remote monitoring and access as largely worked as advertised. I appreciate that the smart thermostat access works through WiFi which has made it very reliable and easy to access. I do find setting stuff through the app to be easier than clicking through everything in the rudementary screen provided on the smart thermostat itself, so I would perform programming through the app to access through the device itself.

This app is no longer compatible with my device (OnePlus Nord N20 5G). I can't even get our other phone that this app is compatible with to connect to our thermostat. This is beyond frustrating and annoying.

Love the water heater and the flexibility in settings. I am the only person in my house. I have it set to run at 6am on the heat pump setting and off for the other times. That's plenty for me. If I have guests, I'll modify. The only issue I have is that periodically it doesn't follow the schedule and I find myself out of hot water because it didn't run. An update - My issue may have been because, the app was running on two phones for awhile. Down to 1 and it's working fine

My app no longer operates on my android. The app cannot be opened and just shuts down.
