app doesn't load and says something went wrong check your connection even though I have a strong data connection

This app is very basic. Like really basic like to point where it doesn't even have a feature to see where you are wait times. Lastly this app doesn't do even stuff like howl o scream haunted houses and scare zone. you are a lot better of using google maps or open street map for normal days and events take a photo of a paper or sign map and using google maps or open street maps to cross reference it'll be better then this app.
